Barrica is Martín Berdugo's introduction to oak-aged Ribera del Duero. Made from 100% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) with a shorter period of barrel aging, this wine offers the vibrant fruit character of the estate's young wines enhanced by touches of vanilla, toast, and spice from the oak. A smooth, approachable red with enough structure to pair well with grilled meats, hearty stews, and semi-cured cheeses.
